Since one of our favorite things is cozy up with a good fashion book – we decided to put our hobby to use and recommend the books that we absolutely love. 

We are starting with "I'll Drink to That" by Betty Halbreich.

The legendary personal shopper at Bergdorf Goodman has a fascinating life story and quite a character. Most of the general public learned about Betty and her enviable job through "Scatter My Ashes at Bergdorfs", a documentary about the iconic establishment. 

The book is a mix of her personal life story, fashion history as well as her experiences with some of the industry's biggest names. Her witty observations and ruthless critique are always right on spot but never rude.
